We purchased this property with the original goal of adding it to our rental portfolio — which is how it earned the name “The Rental.” However, after assessing the local housing market and recognizing a high demand for move-in-ready homes, we pivoted and decided to sell it after completing the renovations.
This renovation focused primarily on cosmetic upgrades, but the impact was transformative. We updated the entire interior with fresh paint and installed our signature luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the home. The kitchen received a full refresh with brand-new cabinets, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a striking glass tile backsplash that added a clean, modern touch.
Both bathrooms were fully remodeled and now feature new flooring, new tubs, subway-tiled showers, rain shower heads with sprayers, updated vanities, modern lighting, and new toilets. To complete the renovation, we added recessed lighting and ceiling fans in all living spaces, enhancing both functionality and comfort.
While The Rental was originally intended for long-term hold, the quality of the renovation and the needs of the market made it the perfect candidate for resale — turning a simple update into a successful flip.
