The Derby—named both for our signature horse theme and as our very first duplex purchase—beautifully blends historic charm with modern updates. This character-filled property retained many of its original features while undergoing a thoughtful renovation.
In Unit 1, the kitchen received a much-needed refresh, complete with a vent hood, new range, refrigerator, deep undermount sink, new cabinets, and matte black hardware. The entire unit was updated with recessed lighting, fresh paint, durable LVP flooring, and ceiling fans throughout. The beautiful glass tile behind the vent hood, which extends to the ceiling, may just be our favorite feature in the kitchen.
The primary bedroom now features a new closet and a private bathroom with an oversized tiled shower, rain shower head with sprayer, new vanity, toilet, and modern lighting. The second bathroom was upgraded with a double vanity, tiled tub/shower, and updated lighting.
The property also boasts a new garage door for the privately accessible two-car garage and a fenced backyard exclusive to Unit 1—providing privacy and comfort for its residents.
