In Unit 2, much like Unit 1, the kitchen was transformed with new cabinets, hardware, and appliances. The original built-in pantry was preserved for storage, and a new dry bar was added for extra functionality.
The dining and family rooms were enhanced with our signature shiplap walls, while updated lighting and ceiling fans were installed throughout. The bathroom received a complete makeover with shiplapped walls, a new vanity, toilet, modern lighting, and a tiled shower featuring our signature rainfall shower head/sprayer combo.
The bedrooms boast soaring 10-foot ceilings and original craftsman doors, carefully preserved to maintain the home’s historic character. A brand-new HVAC system replaced the outdated setup, eliminating the need for the window A/C units that once dotted the space.
As with unit 1, this unit also features a private, fenced-in backyard and separate entrance.
Across both units, the floors and foundation were stabilized and reinforced, all windows were replaced, and the exterior received a fresh coat of paint. A new garage door was installed for the privately accessible two-car garage, and a fenced backyard exclusive to Unit 1 provides privacy and comfort for its residents.
