The Brownie earned its name from its distinctive exterior paint color. As the neighboring property to The Fire House, its layout nearly mirrored that home, but it required extensive repairs when it joined our portfolio.
We stripped The Brownie down to a blank canvas, allowing us to fully update the electrical system, insulation, plumbing, and drywall, along with installing a brand-new roof and roof decking.
Like its neighbor, The Brownie also received all-new windows, a new water heater, an upgraded central HVAC system, and a full suite of our signature finishes. Stone countertops, a beautifully tiled shower, new cabinets and appliances, fresh flooring, and updated paint transformed the property into what felt like a brand-new home—while preserving its charm and livability.
