El Primero marked Delva One’s exciting debut into the renovation space — a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch-style home set on a generous half-acre lot. The property offered standout features from the start, including a climate-controlled pool and a scenic back deck designed for both relaxing and entertaining.
As our very first renovation, El Primero set the standard for the quality and attention to detail that would define all future Delva One projects. The home underwent extensive updates, beginning with new subflooring and beautifully refinished solid hardwood floors. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were fully renovated to bring modern comfort and design to every corner of the home.
To enhance its character, we added fresh interior paint, shiplap accents, and refreshed landscaping that gave the exterior renewed curb appeal. The finishing touches included updated lighting fixtures, tiled showers, a striking glass tile backsplash, and rainfall showerheads — all selected to deliver a perfect blend of style, functionality, and craftsmanship.
