The Smoke House earned its name from its unfortunate condition when we acquired it — the result of years spent as a heavy smoker’s residence. The home was in poor shape, but we saw the potential and took on a full renovation to bring it back to life.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom split floor plan home was completely transformed, starting with the installation of a brand-new central HVAC system and a new water heater. We updated the interior with fresh paint and our signature luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The kitchen was entirely remodeled with new cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a classic tile backsplash that added timeless appeal.
Both bathrooms were fully renovated with modern upgrades. The primary suite now features a walk-in shower with new flooring, glass shower doors, a double vanity, rain shower head with a sprayer, updated lighting and plumbing, and a new toilet. The second bathroom was updated with a new tub, subway-tiled shower surround, rain shower head with a sprayer, a new vanity, updated lighting, modern plumbing fixtures, and a new toilet.
To complete the renovation, we installed recessed lighting in the main living spaces to enhance both function and ambiance. Washer and dryer hookups were added to the oversized two-car garage, providing convenient utility access. Outside, a covered lanai and enclosed sunroom offered the perfect places to relax and enjoy the surroundings — a finishing touch that gave the home warmth and livability.
The Smoke House is a true example of transformation — from neglected and outdated to clean, modern, and inviting.
