3bed/1bath, 1,080 sqft.
Much like The Brownie, The Jolly Rancher earned its name from the vibrant, playful color chosen for its exterior. Located just a few doors down from The Fire House and sharing the same mirrored layout, this property had been sitting vacant for more than 20 years before joining our portfolio.
Bringing it back to life required a full overhaul to meet Florida’s current building codes. Structural and cosmetic renovations were carried out throughout the home, transforming it from a long-abandoned property into the cozy, family-friendly residence it is today.
To complete the transformation, we added our signature finishes: luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, fresh interior paint, new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a sleek glass tile backsplash. Contemporary matte-black hardware, an updated bathroom with a rain shower head and sprayer, new vanity, and modern toilet elevated the design even further.
Every room was updated with LED lighting, while ceiling fans were added to the bedrooms and living spaces for comfort and efficiency. A custom barn door provided a stylish entry into the laundry room, tying together function with character.
